Lighthouse Sessions

Welcome to a different kind of conversation.

Finding your way back to yourself is difficult when you've spent years looking everywhere except within.

Not because introverts lack self-awareness. Quite the opposite.
We already know ourselves surprisingly well.

We sense when something is off.
When a relationship drains us.
When the pace is unsustainable.
When a role asks us to become someone we’re not.

And yet many of us learn, very early, to distrust those signals.

To explain them away. To push past them in order to keep things smooth, acceptable, workable.

For a while, that strategy can look functional. Until eventually it starts costing too much energy.

These are moments when we’ve reached the edge of our own perspective.
They are precisely where a good conversation can help.

A Lighthouse Session offers space to slow down, notice what matters, and hear yourself more clearly.

Over and over, I've watched people arrive carrying a question and leave carrying an answer they couldn't quite reach on their own.

Because sometimes another person can help us see what has been there all along.

The work is surprisingly simple.

We talk.
We untangle.
We notice.
And clarity emerges.

The goal is not self-improvement.

The goal is self-recognition.

If you've begun to suspect you’d like to find your way back home, a Lighthouse Session is a good place to start.

I will look you in the eye and help you get there.

What to Expect

  • A 75-minute, one-on-one, live Zoom session with me

  • Coaching centered on your introversion—from a fellow introvert who’s been studying introversion for 30+ years

  • Follow-up email within one business day, where I offer additional insights that—in true introvert form—come to me after our session is over and I’ve processed it
